Privacy Policy Version: 2026-10-25.1-29d4cdae4b70 Effective: October 25, 2026 Who we are and scope Tech Bros Media provides Home Visualizer for roofing and other authorized business users, and limited public previews for adult website visitors. This policy explains the app's handling of business contacts, account activity and property images. Contact our privacy team at Info@techbrosmedia.com, or write to 12345 alameda trace circle #537. It does not describe unrelated products or websites that have their own notices. Information we process We process your company name, branding, company code, business contact name, email, optional phone and website, communication preferences, chosen plan, trial and service-period dates, payment-status references, requests and support correspondence. We store evidence of acceptance: the document versions and exact text, signer name and email, timestamp, a pseudonymous network-address hash and browser information. Security systems also process network addresses and request information. We store generation usage, selected product/color metadata, timestamps, model, request identifiers, status, cost reservations and performance timings. We do not collect card numbers in Profile or Subscription. How photos move through the app Selecting a photo prepares a smaller image in your browser. When you generate or edit a preview, the image, selected product references and instructions pass through our Cloudflare-hosted service to Google’s Gemini API; the generated result returns to your browser. The normal generation path does not intentionally save original or generated image files in our application database or routine usage telemetry. Results and working images remain in the page memory while the session is open; reloading or closing the page may lose them. Company branding images are stored separately for your account. Downloading or using Send creates a copy in the location or service you choose, subject to that destination’s handling. Your browser stores a sign-in token and basic interface preferences, not a permanent photo library. If you separately send photos to support, they may be retained with that support correspondence under the retention and request process below. Public website demos Public demos do not require a company login or marketing signup. Before generation, visitors acknowledge photo permission, preview limitations and the privacy notice. We process the network address transiently and retain an embed-specific keyed identifier, usage, selected products and notice-version records to enforce a lifetime two-completed-photo allowance and prevent abuse. IPv6 privacy addresses are grouped by network prefix; shared networks share an allowance. These usage records do not currently expire automatically because the allowance does not reset. You may contact our privacy team about access or deletion and applicable retention limits. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals and network information to verify requests; Cloudflare may retain its own security records under its policy. Public demo photos are not enrolled in optional quality sampling. Optional quality review If your company separately opts in and we enable the quality-review feature, a sample of original photos and generated previews may be copied to private Cloudflare R2 storage and assessed by Google Gemini for visible errors. Our administrators may view samples and findings. This separate feature is currently disabled unless explicitly enabled for participating companies. Access to review images expires after seven days; automated storage cleanup then removes them. Findings are not accuracy guarantees. You may withdraw future sampling permission in Profile or by contacting us. This policy and basic terms acceptance alone do not opt your company into photo sampling. AI and infrastructure providers Cloudflare provides hosting, application delivery, database and security services, and private storage when optional review is enabled. Google processes submitted images, prompts, references and responses to provide AI generation or assessment. Provider security, abuse-monitoring and optional project logs are separate from our application database; we do not promise zero provider retention or immediate erasure of every provider copy. Google currently describes 55-day abuse-monitoring retention and may permit authorized review of flagged content. Its data-use terms depend on service/project settings. We do not authorize customer-photo sharing into optional Google training datasets as part of this service. See Google’s Gemini API terms, abuse-monitoring and logging policies for current details. We may use a payment provider when you set up billing, and scheduling or business-email services when you use those channels; the specific provider is identified when used. Purposes and sharing We use this information to authenticate staff, deliver previews, manage trials and allowances, arrange requested meetings, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, keep business records and improve service reliability. We send necessary account communications and optional promotional emails about our own marketing, technology and software offerings according to your preferences. We disclose information to service providers as needed for these purposes, to your authorized company team, when you direct a share, and when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information or property photos, disclose them for third-party targeted advertising, or use property photos in public advertising without separate permission. A business transfer may involve service records under appropriate safeguards and notice where required. Retention and deletion Normal working photo copies in the app are transient as described above; optional review image access expires after seven days. Provider copies and copies you download or share follow their own retention rules. Account, usage, acceptance, request and subscription records remain until removed through our retention and request process; they do not currently have a universal automatic expiration. We retain records only as reasonably needed for account operation, security, disputes, legal obligations and evidence of consent. Minimal opt-out information may be retained to honor communication preferences. Backups may retain limited copies until normal replacement or removal. You may request deletion or account closure; some records may be retained where required or permitted for these reasons, and we will explain applicable limits. Your choices and requests You can update the company contact details and promotional-email preference in Profile, access Subscription without buying another product, and download a copy of available account records. Use Profile to submit an access, correction, deletion or other privacy request, or email Info@techbrosmedia.com. Where applicable law grants additional rights, including portability, restriction, objection, appeal or an authorized-agent request, contact us through the same channel. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before releasing or deleting company data, and respond within applicable legal timeframes. If you disagree with a rights decision, reply requesting an appeal. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Contact the business that supplied your property photo as well if you are a homeowner rather than the account holder. Communications and marketing choices Optional email consent is not required to use the visualizer or to receive an earned trial extension. You can turn promotional email off in Profile or use the unsubscribe mechanism provided with a marketing message, without signing in or paying. Necessary security, service, meeting and billing messages may continue. Giving a phone number does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts. We do not enable an advertising pixel or analytics-cookie consent by accepting this policy. Essential sign-in and security technologies are used to operate the service. Security, location and children We use access controls, transport encryption, company-scoped authorization and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Processing may occur in the United States and other locations used by our providers, subject to applicable requirements. This service is intended for adults, including business users and public demo visitors, not children; do not submit children’s information. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access or inappropriate information so we can investigate. Changes and contact We will identify material changes and request renewed acknowledgment before further generation where appropriate. The policy version and effective date appear with the document and are retained with acceptance records.
